The OneCloud BizApp for (Enterprise) Oracle Planning Budgeting Cloud Service is a point & click solution to easily connect and automate Oracle EPBCS and PBCS with an array of cloud and on-premise technologies. OneCloud offers Oracle EPBCS and PBCS application-specific functions that include the ability to exchange data, execute business rules, generate reports, run Data Manager jobs, and bi-directionally convert Oracle EPBCS and PBCS' native "SUI" format to standard CSV. When combined with other technologies that OneCloud supports, the possibilities become endless and truly enables a scalable, maintainable and auditable approach to automate your enterprise.

Connection Setup

OneCloud connects to Oracle Planning Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) and Enterprise Planning Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) via the published REST API and does not require anything specialized except connectivity to the respective service.

To automate functionality in your PBCS and EPBCS environments from OneCloud, you'll need to navigate to the connection manager to create a connection.

From here, choose Oracle PBCS from the service drop-down and select the appropriate Runner. Now, enter values for the following fields:


Service Name


Name of the Oracle Cloud service to which you are connecting

Domain name


Oracle Cloud domain

Data Center


Data center in which your Oracle Cloud service resides. This can be found in the first part of the URL before (i.e. us2)

User Name


Oracle Cloud user name



Oracle Cloud password

Application Name


Oracle PBCS application
