Our PagerDuty integration allows users to send PagerDuty alerts based on the result of both chains and commands. In order to get started with connecting your PagerDuty account, you must be a OneCloud administrator.

First, go to the admin section of your OneCloud environment, and select "Integrations". From here, click on PagerDuty to get started.

Next, you'll need to enter your REST API token from PagerDuty. See their documentation for help on generating an API token.

Once you have entered this value, you'll see the PagerDuty services available for usage with OneCloud notifications. Now that the configuration is complete, you can add a notification to either a OneCloud chain or command. When editing a chain or command, click the mail icon to open the notifications tab, and select "PagerDuty".

Lastly, you'll be prompted to select your service from the available list. Once you've chosen your service, select the severity of the notification you would like to trigger and you're ready to go!
