Premium BizApp

This Onecloud Workday BizApp provides functionality to interact with both Workday HR and Financials including Manage sheet content, create objects such as views, queries and sheets, upload and download data, manage metadata, etc. The bi-directional Workday capabilities enable OneCloud to facilitate an exchange of data from a variety of source and target systems including performance management systems including Anaplan, Oracle EPM, IBM Planning Analytics, and Host Analytics.

For documentation on all available commands, see the Workday Command Reference.

Need a specialized Workday command?

If there are specific Workday operations that your company is looking to perform, please contact [email protected] to discuss the requirements and we would be happy to consider adding the capability to the product. Workday has an extensive API and most internal operations can be automated.

Connection Setup

OneCloud connects to Workday via the published Workday REST API and requires that the user belongs to the Integration Developer's group. Additionally, you may need to adjust security and permissions beyond this to permit access to certain functional groups and domains which relate to the operations that OneCloud is trying to perform.

To integrate with Workday from OneCloud, you'll need to navigate to the connection manager to create a connection.

From here, choose Workday from the service drop-down and select the appropriate Runner. Now, enter values for the following fields:

User nameTextFieldWorkday user name
PasswordTextFieldWorkday password
TenantTextFieldWorkday tenant
HostTextFieldWorkday host: This can be found in the URL of your Workday environment. The characters preceding "" represent the host.
